Text research

If you are at the beginning of your project and don’t have text, we will take what you have (such as notes and verbal briefings), gather and analyse relevant existing material and interview key informants until we’ve gathered the necessary information.

Contents / database structuring

We’ll structure the contents according to the requirements of the project. A good case should have a beginning, a middle and an end. But how it progresses from start to finish depends on whether the product is a booklet, manual, report, website or teaching / training resources. Whatever it is, we’ll find the best way to lead the reader through the information and leave them knowing more and inclined to act on your message.

Journalism

We write slogans, jingles, brochures, videos, advertising, books, articles, manuals, training resources, learning guides, websites … and anything else that can be expressed in words.

Information output formatting

We develop formats for regular publications, covering things like size and frequency; categories of articles (front cover, news, features, comment, analysis); graphics policy; guidelines for contributors; and production processes.
