Major achievement: Development of an easy-to-use and easy-to-administer information gathering process about Training Packages, which is now being used by other ITABs.
The project: The three-yearly Training Package review process requires complex and extensive information to be gathered from diverse audiences. Working with the ITAB, we developed an easy-to-understand questionnaire that correctly identified the important questions, ordered them into logical flows and presented them in an easy-to-understand way.
We also made the questionnaire available on-line, both for industry respondents and ITAB clerical staff entering the results. All results were output as an Excel database for easy analysis.
